IDED (formerly known as SDIA) leveraged the public consultation of the UK's regulatory authority Ofcom on the Cloud Services market study to propose six specific regulatory measures: unbundling, public markets for digital resources, restriction of bundling and egress fees, regulation of credits, and transparency obligations.
