The working group "Carbon Footprint Framework for Server-Side Applications" of IDED (formerly known as SDIA) published a technical update with the simplified equation for measuring the environmental footprint of server-side software. The focus: improved data availability and reporting on CO₂ emissions in the digital value chain.
