IDED (formerly SDIA) conducted a survey to assess the current state of IT procurement practices — with a particular focus on sustainability and the use of regional IT providers.

The survey captured purchasing preferences, sustainability requirements for cloud suppliers, drivers of sustainable procurement, and market barriers when considering regional providers. The results contribute to policy recommendations for promoting sustainable digital infrastructure.
