Our Board Members
Daniel is enrolled in the Media Conception master's program at Kiel University of Applied Sciences. He helps in Leitmotiv's communication department since January 2025, connecting with partners and venues for events, and editing videos for the online presence. His interdisciplinary studies align with Leitmotiv's focus areas. He aims to use his skills to raise awareness about current challenges. In his free time he enjoys game development, drawing, and hiking.

Jessica brings over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, having started her career at a large regional data center. As an experienced Project Manager, she specializes in digital projects with expertise in IT infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives. Her background extends to marketing, communications, and podcast production. She is dedicated to creating impactful digital solutions.

She is a trained foreign language correspondent with 25 years of experience in administration and office management, including nearly 8 years in the dynamic world of digital agencies. For the past 5 years, she has been working as a freelancer, specializing in administrative and financial services. Her focus lies on bookkeeping, financial organization, and process support — combining accuracy, reliability, and a hands-on mindset. One of her key clients is SDIA, where she is responsible for managing accounting and financial data. With a strong sense of structure and hands-on mentality, she helps businesses streamline their operations and ensures that numbers and processes are always under control.

Syed brings experience in Data Center Facilities and Operations while pursuing a master's in electrical system engineering at University of Paderborn. As a strategy analyst at SDIA, he conducts research on data centers and funding projects, supports application preparation, performs analysis and data gathering, creates presentation materials, and assists with strategic initiatives.

With a background in International Political Economy and European Studies, she enjoys connecting the dots between policy, research, and industry to drive change.

She is also a Research Master’s student of Media studies at the University of Amsterdam, interested in the broader effects that AI and social media platforms have on our societies, governmentality, and everyday life. Also a fan of phone-free walks and (analog) photography.

He built and operated micro edge datacenters using custom water-cooling for OCP servers at greenhouses. Currently, he works as a datacenter consultant while maintaining volunteer commitments.

Her approach combines bottom-up change with top-down vision to unite stakeholders in achieving Circular Economy goals by 2030.
